What Raff Sim is

Raff Sim, run by Raphael Sim, sells 1:1 online coaching: personalized training and nutrition guidance with weekly check-in calls and direct access. By purchasing any plan, you agree to these terms.

Not medical advice

Raff Sim provides fitness and nutrition coaching, not medical care. Raphael Sim is not a doctor, physical therapist, or registered dietitian. Consult a physician before starting any training or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or are taking medication. Stop training and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You train at your own risk.

Results

Transformations shown on this site are real but individual. Your results depend on your consistency, effort, starting point, and genetics. No specific outcome is promised or guaranteed.

1:1 Coaching

• Available three ways: month to month ($375/mo), a 3-month contract ($900), or a 6-month contract ($1,600).
• Month to month - cancel anytime; you keep access through the period you have already paid for. No partial-month refunds.
• 3-month and 6-month contracts - ALL SALES FINAL. These contracts are non-refundable: no refunds, no cancellations for a refund, and no prorated returns, except where required by law.
• Your program is built from the goals, gym access, and schedule you share with Raff. You are responsible for giving accurate information and showing up to weekly check-in calls - coaching only works if you check in.
• Raff reaches out within 24 hours of purchase to get you started.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Whop. Prices are shown in USD. The month-to-month plan renews automatically until cancelled; if a renewal payment fails, coaching pauses until payment is resolved.

Your content

Programs, templates, and materials you receive are Raff Sim's intellectual property, licensed for your personal use. Photos and data you submit remain yours; we only use them to coach you, unless you give written permission to feature your results.

Conduct

Coaching is a two-way professional relationship. Abusive behavior, repeated failure to communicate, or sharing paid materials publicly may result in coaching being ended without refund.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raff Sim's total liability for any claim related to a program or coaching is limited to the amount you paid for it. Raff Sim is not liable for injuries sustained while training or for indirect or consequential damages.

Age

You must be 18 or older to purchase, or have a parent or guardian purchase and consent on your behalf.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use of coaching after an update means you accept the revised terms.
