Who we are

Raff Sim is the online fitness coaching business of Raphael Sim. This policy explains what information we collect when you use raffsim.com, buy the Personal Workout Split, or enroll in 1:1 coaching, and how that information is used.

What we collect

• Purchase details - your name and email address when you buy a program. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Intake information - if you enroll in coaching: your goals, training history, gym access, schedule, injuries, and food preferences from the intake form.
• Check-in data - progress photos, body weight, and lift logs you submit during weekly check-ins.
• Contact messages - your name, email, Instagram handle, and message when you use the contact form.
• Usage data - anonymous analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, buttons clicked).

How we use it

• To deliver your program and build your custom training and nutrition plan
• To review your weekly check-ins and adjust your plan
• To respond to messages and provide support
• To process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe
• To improve the site and understand what content is useful

We never sell your information. Your progress photos and check-in data are private between you and your coach - they are never posted or shared without your explicit written permission (for example, if you agree to be featured as a client result).

Third parties we rely on

• Stripe- payment processing. Their handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
• Instagram - reels embedded on the site are loaded from Instagram, which may set its own cookies when they appear on your screen.
• Email and form providers - used to deliver programs and receive contact form messages.

How long we keep it

Coaching data (intake, check-ins, photos) is kept while you are an active client and deleted on request after your plan ends. Purchase records are kept as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted at any time by emailing hello@raffsim.com. If you are in a region with specific privacy laws (such as the EU/UK GDPR or the CCPA in California), those rights apply to you and we will honor them.

Age

Raff Sim programs are intended for people 18 and older. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must make the purchase and consent to coaching.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated. Major changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
